What are Late Cancel & No-Show Fees

FAQ’S

Late Cancel and No Show Policy

To maintain fair and consistent access for all members and guests, Ascend Saunas has introduced a policy to manage late cancellations and no-shows. Here’s what you need to know:

Casual Users

Late Cancellation: If you cancel your booking less than 6 hours before the scheduled time, you will forfeit your credit.

No-Show: If you miss your booking without prior cancellation, your session credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded or reinstated.

Membership Users

Late Cancellation or No-Show: A $10 fee applies for cancellations made less than 6 hours before your session or for missed appointments. This helps us manage limited availability and ensure fair access for all members.

Why we have this policy: This policy allows us to manage bookings more efficiently, giving more members and guests the opportunity to enjoy Ascend Saunas. It also ensures that valuable session times aren’t left unused when timely notice could have allowed others to attend.

Other FAQ’S

I’ve never used a Sauna or Ice Bath before, what do I do?

No worries! Remember to bring 2 towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with) and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Stay well hydrated beforehand and don’t eat within an hour of session start and finish time.

Use our Cycle Diagrams located on our Benefits Page to help work out how many rounds to do as well as how long for.

What is Contrast Therapy?

Contrast Therapy involves alternating between hot (Sauna) and cold (Ice Bath) exposure to stimulate circulation, improve recovery, and support overall wellbeing.

Learn more about the benefits and when to use these services through our Benefits Page.

What is the age requirement?

You must be over 18 to use Ascend Saunas unless accompanied by an companion (18 years or older) and over the age of 16.

Can I use the facilities if I am pregnant or have a health condition?

We strongly advise speaking to your local GP before using hot/cold therapy if you are pregnant or have any health condition.

How long is each Session?

Our standard sessions are 60 minutes, allowing enough time for multiple contrast rounds and rest.

Can I bring a Friend?

Absolutely. We encourage group bookings or shared sessions—just ensure each person has their own booking.
